NANUSHKA LA
RETAIL INTERIOR DESIGN
URBA has used pink-hued walls, golden accents and oval mirrors to transform a temporary space in Los Angeles into a pop-up store for Hungarian fashion brand Nanushka.
Having previously worked together to create Nanushka’s flagship store in Budapest, the brand asked URBA to come up with a concept for a temporary store based on pieces from the Spring/Summer 2018 collection.
The aim was to reference the origins of the brand, which was founded in Hungary, and to merge it with the sun soaked Los Angeles lifestyle.
The collection is sparsely displayed across custom made clothing rails resting on Y shaped pipes. Accessories, such as vegan leather croc bags and Asia print babouches are displayed on marble topped stools. Placed on a faded persian rug, is the centerpiece of the space, a custom design round seating area.
