URBA
URBA is an architect and interior design studio with offices in Budapest and Vienna. We are a dynamic group of 9 experienced architects, interior and graphic designers, working across residential, hospitality and service industries.
We attach great importance to the study of the context and the location of a project by adopting a responsible, ethical and sustainable approach, both by the choice of materials and construction techniques. Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of eliminating the unnecessary, we create a clean & contemporary habitat with custom design elements and often with added collectible pieces. Collaborating regularly with independent makers, URBA strives to summon its interdisciplinarity in each project it undertakes.
Our collaborative team often accepts interior design projects as part of large-scale constructions, where we work hand in hand with other well-established architect studios. We also have a large network of contractors who act as an extension of our core team.
